Northern Spirit is indebted to the many officials who have represented our club with various match day duties.

From the top qualified refs in black and white, to the green shirt juniors, to our parent volunteers, there’s various qualifications available to interested people.

Every team is required to have a score bench volunteer for every match. This doesn’t have to be the same person every week and sharing responsibilities is beneficial in spreading the load. Explanations on running the scoreboard controls are available from the committee.

This season Karratha Basketball Association will be providing some referees for junior games. U10’s, U12’s and U14 Div 2 teams will need to supply a parent ref if they are listed first on a fixture. U14 Div 1 up to U18’s will be umpired solely by KBA officials.
