JUNIOR CLUB PERSON OF THE YEAR FOR 2022
A member of Northern Spirit Basketball Club since its establishment on 2019, we have seen Lilly grow and develop into a young, strong woman stepping into many leadership roles around the club.
Her smile is contagious and shines bright around the courts each and every week. She is a fantastic role model, extremely respectful and respected by her peers, passionate, confident, competitive and leads by example on and off the court.

CLUB PERSON OF THE YEAR FOR 2022
Anouska joined NSBC at the commencement of the 2020 season and has been instrumental committee member since. Her experience and expertise has been of great assistance and a very much welcomed addition to our committee. Her involvement and contribution towards the establishment and building of a strong foundation of our club, particularly in the areas of Governance and over all club management, has set the scene for the clubs continued and future success on and off the court. In addition to her formal committee role of Club Merchandise Officer, she has led the development the Northern Spirit Basketball Club Constitution and Incorporation process and is heavily involved in the preparation and drafting our 2022 โ 2024 Strategic Plan. She has played a vital role in the supporting and mentoring incoming committee members in the understanding of club management systems including Tidy HQ & Game Day. Her involvement and commitment to (the below) activities this season are to be commended;Committee Member – Club Merchandise Officer

Assisted in preparation of all club events and activities including- international volunteer day, mid-season gathering, club trials and team selections. Anouska is a passionate volunteer, one who believes in and drives the vision of our club, always helping to ensure that Basketball, truly is, everyoneโs game. She is on the Committee, manages merchandise, coaches, referees, mentors many kids of various ages and is always positive.
